Effective 1 September 2026. This site is operated by MIKY Creative Studio, a sole proprietorship based in Cairo, Egypt. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The site presents studio work, services and general information. Sending a form or message does not create a contract, accept a project, constitute a quotation or guarantee availability. Work begins only under a written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, timing and rights.

You may browse the site and share links for lawful purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify or scrape its content; disrupt or bypass its security; or use it unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights. People under 18 may browse with appropriate supervision, and the guardian requirements in the privacy notice apply when personal data is submitted.

Unless stated otherwise, the site design, copy, MIKY identity and original materials belong to MIKY Creative Studio or are used with permission. Client and third-party project images, marks and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and are displayed under permission or licence. Display does not grant a reuse licence.

We aim for accurate content and reliable access, but general information may change and we do not promise that every item is error-free or continuously available. Third-party links and services have their own terms and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, without excluding liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

The privacy notice explains personal-data use. We may update these terms when the site or law changes, effective from the date shown.
