Riyadh Villa Third-Floor Replanning

A third floor replanned around privacy, efficient circulation and the fixed constraints of the existing villa.

The challenge

Guest, family and work spaces had to fit while preserving a separate roof entrance and the required 25% open area.

Thinking

Guest reception and the office follow one route; bedrooms and private living follow another. Kitchen, storage and services form the hinge between them.

Process

MIKY mapped the requested room areas, tested doors and circulation, then checked the proposed layout against roof access and the open-area requirement.

Solution

A compact distribution core gives reception, office, family living, two bedrooms, kitchen and storage clear addresses with less crossover between public and private use.
